Grand Master Charles Martin

Taekwondo truly is a lifetime sport. I started when I was seventeen. Now I am a 7^th Dan Master Black Belt. I have been involved in Taekwondo for over thirty years. I enjoy teaching others and seeing the difference it makes in their lives. Some of my career highlights are:

• 2003 Taekwondo World Championships, Head of USA Team.
• 2003 - Present Alaska IBBO State President
• 2003 Grandmasters IBBO Council

• 2002 USTU State President Spirit Award Winner
• 1993 Iowa State National Collegiate TKD Assoc. Coach

• Master instructor with the International Combat Hapkido Federation
• Master instructor with the Iowa State University Black Belt Association

However, the things I am most proud of are my wife of 29 years and my four children. My entire family is involved in the sport. They are all Master Black Belts with many awards. We started the ABT Taekwondo ministry in 1992. We have used the sport to teach others self-defense, self-control and Godly principles to live by.
